As you write, you tag the signals the entry carries — ownership, momentum, pressure — and which way each is pointing. Signals fade at a pace you set, so quiet counts as information too.
Every revision keeps its date and its reason instead of overwriting the last one, so a read moves along in words, from uncertain to plausible to likely to certain, as the signals underneath it change.
Then Focus tells you where to look the moment you open the app: reads drawing fresh signal, people going quiet, anyone you haven't written about since the reorg.
