Continuum

Continuum is a private macOS app for managers. It keeps your notes on each person you lead in one place, tracks how your read of them changes as entries accumulate, and tells you who to look at first when you open it. It holds one manager's own record, not anything shared with a team or a system.

Everything is local to your Mac. The app has no account and no sync, so there is no server holding your notes and nothing that connects to an HR or performance system. Your observations stay on the machine you wrote them on.

Most 1:1 tools are shared with your team or company. Continuum is the opposite — a private record only you see — and it tracks how your read of someone shifts over months, instead of leaving a pile of dated meeting notes to reread.

No. Continuum uses plain words, not scores. Each read carries a confidence in words (uncertain, plausible, likely, certain) and a status, and signals fade over time unless you notice them again.
